Chrome portable and fdm 3.9.6.1556 issues????

Dear Developers;
I like to test and use portable applications. i am using portable chrome and installed full version of fdm.
problem-
while installing fdm extension from chrome store it is not recognizing the portable chrome to fdm in both installed and portable versions. it continuously showing install fdm window ..
possible solution-
Create the extension in a way that it can monitor the fdm.exe, fdmportable.exe etc process to transfer downloadable links. And make it more advanced to check for web player and show download with fdm panel in the above of web players or it can store both links and web video in its new small window and then manually user can transfer it to the fdm main window.
OS- Window 7 SP1 32 bit
Browser- Chrome Version 43.0.2357.81
FDM version- 3.9.6.1556
