Problem with my manager

I think my manager is taking a vacation or someting because im waiting for him to aprove all my 15 translations since last friday and I cant reserve any more to translate. O hope someone have the solution for my problem

sometimes they take a time to approve translation.. they may have a lof ot work to do... so we have to wait...
