Site Explorer Multiple Imports + From Clipboard Behaviour

Postby flagpole » Mon Feb 01, 2010 12:26 pm

1- This may be a bug actually or a feature suggestion

When using the site explorer to acquire multiple links and adding them to downloads the site manager does not appear to adopt the passwords from site manager.

for example when using one of those user lists on rapidshare that contain a list of files when adding the appropriate files to download and selecting automatic the list begins downloading but actually just downloads the RS page asking if you want to download premium or regular.

a work around is to select them to start manually go to the downloads tab, select properties and then select 'requires login' and enter ones RS login details. but this should be imported from the site manager.

when adding links one at a time from the Site Explorer the behaviour is what i would deem correct, which is what makes me think it is a bug rather than to spec.

2- When importing a list of urls from the clipboard it would be nice to be able to schedule them. i can not see a way to do this currently.

i also like the speed and convenience of not being faced with the box that asks too. so i would propose an additional entry, 'import list of URLs from clipboard with options' that would take the list from the clipboard but then bring up the standard add download combo. hopefully without the bug feature from point one.
