First of all, thanks a lot for this great download manager !

Can you offer a 'Network' toolbar that would feature the 3 options present in Settings->Network :

- Maximum number of connections
- Maximum number of connections per one server
- Maximum number of running downloads

That would save us from constantly going to settings dialog and defining their values,
depending the current downloads, it does sometimes allow for faster downloads.

Example :
I download 3 ISO images of Linux distributions, I do prefer to download them one by one instead of all at the same time.
