Hi, I currently have both FDM 871 and its Firefox plug-in 1.3.4, but Firefox's own default download manager (under Tools) is still managing to intercept some of my downloads. This is with Firefox monitoring on inside FDM's settings. Already tried several uninstall/reinstall of both firefox and FDM to no use.
It's not completely random as it only happens with download links on certain sites (4shared, forum attachments etc).

Since there doesn't appear to be any way to uninstall or disable Firefox's basic manager (shouldn't the plug-in override it?), and a lot of the times the links are under java so I can't right click and force download it using FDM, how do I fix this?
