No works minimized startup

Ago latest FDM 5.1
No works minimized startup! Windows startup normal window size. No minimized!
Please fix this bug!

I also am having this and a couple other issues.
So lets start with this one..
On fdm 5.1.19.5166 (65375cb) The manager does not minimize on start up. Thank you.
