ok, after some research I can say that FDM addon for IE have conflicts with Adblock Plus addon, and that causes the error window on close.

Disable IE monitoring at all and check once again. There are some reports about Norton programs crashing IE, so maybe its not a problem with FDM. disabling AV or disabling monitoring in FDM does not change anything IE still will crash, except if I disable the FDM add-on or uninstall FDM completely....
