I use Comodo Chromodo browser.
It is based on Chrome.

I installed Chromodo & got the usual browser extension notification for fdm extension & enabled it.
And its working fine.

Is Chrome monitoring required to be enabled for Chrome based browsers?
Coz in my case here i.e fdm is working in Chromodo but Chrome is not enabled in monitoring.

It turns out that it's not required. :)

Thank you guys for collecting this info. We'll try to make appropriate installers for the most popular browsers.

Thanks so much for the tipps - that works perfect (Opera 29.0, Win7 ) !!!

Been searching for hours to solve that problem, instead of coming here first... :x

okay, my mail was replied and i found this forum.
i just want to report that the plugin (and FDM itself) doesn't work in uc browser 5.4.5426.
i also try to use clipboard monitoring but it is also pointless.

hopefully, FDM team can make it works somehow.

After months of trying different FDM and Opera builds the integration finally worked today.

FDM 3.9.7 build 1625
I have Opera Developer 35.0.2064.0
Installed "Download Chrome Extension" extension from Opera
Installed "Free Download Manager Chrome extension" from Chrome store

in FDM under Settings->Monitoring set checkbox "Add FDM to the browser context menu"

Thanks for your report. Chrome extension is still work in progress so you can expect more features available in the future. Any reports about missing features or bugs are welcome.
