How do I translate it into Thai? I do not see the Source English.

I have read How to start translation to New Language.

But i don't see the original English. I'm not sure how to start translating.

All *.po files contain original English strings and their translations, so you can go to Github page and take *.po file in any language you know. Just rename the file later using proper language code and change language declared in poedit.
