I suspect the behaviour of the FF plugin has changed, but I'm not sure. I believe before if you highlighted a URL that was NOT a hyperlink, the conext menu it would still give you the possibility of downloading with FDM. and it doesn't do that anymore. eg https://rg.to/file/22e154203a7f4e45bc31a12d9...

the last working extension is 3.0.6. Stick to that one if you want the random downloads to stop. Plus it still works with FDM v3.9.
